I drew this cartoon when the SGA representative announced that they wouldn't be releasing the results of the election, but they didn't tell us why. So this is kind of a play on the incompetant voters in Florida who claimed they didn't understand their ballots. However, later that night, they told The Red & Black why they weren't releasing the results yet, so my cartoon didn't really make any sense. I will probably use the phrase on Mullet Mike's T-shirt again, because I think it is funny.
