Here's a cartoon I drew when Quincy Carter decided to enter the NFL draft. Somehow I don't think he'll be going too high in the draft, after the season he had...injury or no injury. The Red & Black would not publish this cartoon because they felt it was too mean. But I can put it here on my website!
