This cartoon is about Kenny Brunner, a prospective UGA basketball player. Kenny has had numerous run-ins with the law in the past, including a time he was accused of threatening someone with a samurai sword. I thought that was funny, but since he was never actually convicted of it, this cartoon couldn't be published.
