This drawing was never actually submitted to The Red & Black. After showing it to several of my firends, I decided the joke (UGA charges 2 and a HALF cents per page in the library) was not that obvious. The "Big E" on the pencil mug is the nickname of a friend of mine. He gave me the idea for this cartoon. The next cartoon is the revised version of the same idea.
