I drew this after some guy stole $300,000 in stamps from UGA. That averaged out to 416 stamps a day, over like 6 years or something. It was crazy. Anyway, I heard earlier that day a rumor that Britney Spears was coming to UGA to go to school, so this idea just popped into my head. Yeah, I know. It's kinda lame. The editor said she had some other cartoon for that day or something, and after like one day, this cartoon was too old.
