This cartoon is based on the story I read in The Red & Black about a random naked guy in the parking lot of O'House. It is supposed to show how the police couldn't get a good description of the guy, because the eyewitness was a little, uh, distracted. Anyway, due to a problem getting the cartoon to them, this picture was outdated by the time it could have run. The girl is my friend Bethany, even though it doesn't really look like her.
